Manny Pacquiao’s decision of retiring soon worries a lot of people especially the one’s handling his boxing career.
Pacquiao has already been pressured before by his mother to quit boxing but that did not stop him from taking on his next contender. So definitely, his retiring plans are still indefinite. One thing is for sure, he will not be retiring this year. As what Eric Pineda, Pacquiao’s business manager told CNN, “This year it’s out of the question. And I’m not even sure about next year either.”
Last week, Pacquiao revealed his dream that God sent him a message telling him that he has done enough and he already made himself famous. Pacquiao believes that this dream will not affect his boxing career.
However, Bob Arum thinks that Pacquiao should not be saying those things while he is preparing for his upcoming bout against Timothy Bradley considering that could affect his performance.
The fight will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 9.
Arum have plans of matching up Manny Pacquiao with Marquez for a fourth battle and to Floyd Mayweather before he retires.
