Fedor Emelianenko vs Pedro Rizzo

An M-1 Global official announced on Twitter Friday that "The Last Emperor" has agreed to meet "The Rock" on June 21 at the Ice Palace in St. Petersburg, Russia. No other event details were announced, including whether the fight will air live in North America.

Emelianenko (33-4, 1 NC) has gotten back on the winning track after losing three straight fights in Strikeforce in 2010-11. He snapped his losing streak by defeating Jeff Monson via unanimous decision in Nov. 2011, and then knocked out Satoshi Ishii on New Year's Eve in Japan.

The 37-year-old Rizzo (19-9) hasn't fought since he defeated Ken Shamrock at Impact FC 2 in July 2010. He was scheduled to fight Tim Sylvia at a ProElite event late last year and Valentijn Overeem on an Italian card earlier this year, however, injuries forced him to pull out of the bouts. The former UFC fighter will enter the bout riding a three-fight winning streak.

Clay Guida vs Gray Maynard

It looks like Gray Maynard will make his much-discussed return to the octagon on June 22nd in Atlantic City, and his opponent will be a tough, grinding wrestler like himself. And it will be a five-rounder. Maynard is coming off a loss to Frankie Edgar at UFC 136 in the third bout between the two. The loss was the first of Maynard's career, and he has significantly changed up his training since then by going to Brazil and working with UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo in addition to joining American Kickboxing Academy. Guida is coming off a loss as well, dropping a tough decision to Ben Henderson at UFC on Fox in November.

Wanderlei Silva vs Rich Franklin

Their first battle got Fight of the Night honors, so why not do it again?

With Vitor Belfort out of UFC 147 with a broken hand, Rich Franklin has agreed to step in and face Wanderlei Silva in the UFC 147 main event in Brazil on June 23.

The bout will be contested at a catchweight of 190 pounds according to UFC officials, who announced the new headliner on Wednesday.

Franklin and Silva first met at UFC 99 back in June 2009 with Franklin coming out on top by way of unanimous decision.

Silva vs. Franklin 2 now headlines the UFC 147 card taking place in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, on June 23.
